On the beautiful hills of Zoagli, in a position of absolute prominence and a view of the sea and the promontory of Portofino, this new, well-kept cottage is surrounded by an olive grove. From the large terrace and the balcony on the top floor you can enjoy the fantastic panorama.
The upstairs bedroom has a double bed. In the downstairs, in the living room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people.
Two deck chairs, a large sun shade, and a table outside to have meals outdoors, complete the interior design. There are 2 bathrooms: top floor with the bathtub, ground floor with a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, with induction cooker, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.
The cottage is equipped with air conditioning on both floors via two splitters and heating for cold days. A fireplace in the living area, with plenty of olive wood, is also available.
A parking space included in the rental price. The terraces around the house are for your exclusive use. There are 88 steps down from the parking area to the house. The last 100 metres before getting to the parking space is quite narrow but a SUV (e.g. X6) can drive through.
