Always outside the service of the swimming pool there is an additional bathroom and a shower. In the rear part of the villa there is an orchard with different varieties of trees rigorously treated with natural methods. The area where Villa Greta is located is strategic as it is 6 km from Polignano a Mare and 7 km from Monopoli, both internationally renowned tourist locations with enchanting villages, breathtaking cliffs and equipped beaches. Always in the surrounding area there are many places to visit and all very close such as Castellana Grotte with its 3 km of tunnels and caves that can be visited among the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello with its characteristic houses called Trulli, Unesco heritage unique in the world and the whole Itria Valley with its characteristic villages such as Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino up to the "white city" of Ostuni. For the little ones and for animal lovers, always close to Fasano to be exact, there is the zoo-safari Fasanolandia which is the first zoo wildlife park in Italy and among the largest in Europe for the number of species present.
