Our villa is located in the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena in a quiet and elegant residential area, near the Poetto seafront, reachable by car in about 5 minutes. It is the ideal starting point both to visit the city of Cagliari and to reach the most beautiful beaches of the east coast of Sardinia.

"VILLA FEDORA" is arranged on three levels, organized as follows:
- ground floor: bright and warm living room with sofa, TV area, fully equipped kitchen (utensils, pots, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), round table (4/6 people). Service bathroom (sink, bidet, wc) and laundry area with washing machine.
- first floor: large bedroom with double bed and baby cot. Small bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom on the floor with bathtub.
- basement: large relaxation area with fireplace and sofa bed.
Here, just like at home, you will find all the comforts of a real home, such as bed linen and towels, free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.

The villa is surrounded on three sides by a large and well-kept garden with olive trees, palms and fruit trees, to spend moments of leisure outdoors after a day at the beach or a trip to the center of Cagliari.
A large fully equipped home and a brick barbecue will allow you to enjoy relaxing breakfasts in the open air and dinners with friends.
