Located 10 minutes on foot from the center of Loano, in Liguria, the Condominio Valeria offers an apartment with three terraces, a beautiful view of Loano surrounded by mountains and the sea, situated in a quiet and peaceful private area with food shops within reach , newsagent, fish bar tobacco shop.

The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms. The first with a large bed with a 180x200 mattress and new pillows as well as a single sofa bed and has a long balcony where you can sunbathe. The second bedroom has a large TV, a double sofa bed and a single armchair. Furthermore there is a new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. The lounge area is separated with a second flat screen TV and a Blu-ray player, there is a balcony where you can eat. The bathroom has a new shower and washing machine.
All rooms have a terrace with external awnings.

The Condominio Valeria is 700 meters from the beach, 10 km from Finale Ligure, 15 km from Alassio and 71 km from the nearest airport, Genoa Cristoforo Colombo. The motorway exit is convenient both in Pietra Ligure and Borghetto

There is a private parking space and a walkway that leads to the very large playground with ample space for dogs.
The sea is 10 min on foot. In the street there are all the shops, restaurants and pizzerias.
