1st floor: parquet floor: 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with BATH-WHIRLPOOL, 1 twin or double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, terraces;
2nd floor: attic. Small attic - not air conditioned and unheated - with 2 single beds accessible via a spiral staircase and with a dormer window.
Basement: large garage, washing machine.
Each villa offers FREE WI-FI, TV with satellite antenna, MICROWAVE, 1 safe in free use, large private garden, fenced and equipped with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. For each independent heating unit on request for a fee for off-season rentals.
