Position
The apartment is the basement of a villa consisting of two other independent apartments on the site with the names "Sunset1" and "Sunset2". If in a group, you can book the entire property with its 15 effective beds (for the rates look on the site "Villa Sunset"). The property is located between the tourist resorts of "Torre Suda" (Marina di Racale) and "Capilungo" (marina of Alliste), in an ideal residential area to spend a holiday in complete tranquility. The sea is 30 meters (coast with low rock). At 350 meters there is the "Sunset café", a well-equipped bathhouse that in the evening turns into an elegant fashion venue with a soft-lounge atmosphere. Being on the "Litoranea SP 215", from here it is possible to reach many of the most famous destinations of Salento directly. In Gallipoli direction meet: the center of "Torre Suda" (1.5 km) with its shops and its establishments; the "Marina di Mancaversa" (3 km), the sought-after sandy beaches "Lido Pizzo" (5.5 km), "Punta della Suina" (7 km) and the "Baia Verde" (9 km). The city of Gallipoli is about 12 km. In the direction of Santa Maria di Leuca you immediately arrive in the marina of "Capilungo" characterized by its emerald coves and the presence of some of the best restaurants of the Lower Salento (400 m). Torre San Giovanni with its magnificent sandy beaches is less than 5 km away. Going down even further, towards the extreme tip of the heel: Marina di Pescoluse and the paradisiacal beach "Maldive del Salento" (18 km). Santa Maria di Leuca is about 32 km away. Nearby: all kinds of shops, newsagents-tobacconists, cafes, restaurants-pizzerias, night life, medical guards and pharmacy. The coast is low and flat. The first sandy beach is 5 km away in a few minutes by car, bike or scooter.
