I'elegantissimo and comfortable three-room apartment of c. at 80 square meters It is located on the mezzanine floor in a Venetian district of Castello district, one of the most prestigious in Venice, at 200 mt. c. a from the basin of S. Marco and immersed in the greenery of the Venetian park "I Giardini".
The apartment can be easily reached on foot and with luggage following the Giardini-Biennale waterbus stop on line 1, 4.1 , 5.1, 2 and Alilaguna without crossing bridges; it is 10/15 minute c. a walk from Piazza San Marco through a singular walk along the basin S. Marco for riva deli Schiavoni
Practical and elegant, it is furnished in a sober manner, but is generous in the spaces, as well as the large kitchen with counter equipped with electric oven + 4 gas burners, sink + drainer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and various accessories. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, is equipped with a crib cot, has a large bedroom with double bed by cm. 170x200, another double or twin bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a square table that can be extended by 5 people and a kitchen. It has a dressing room with washing machine and broom and a cozy bathroom with hydromassage shower and bidet. It has a private courtyard + an internal room that can be reached both from the court and from the bathroom, through a sliding door in frosted glass, equipped with a second bathroom with WC + bidet and sink, and the eighth bed, made from a chair-bed.
It is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, TV and WiFi.
The owner, by agreement, is available to accompany you on a trip along the canals and the lagoon to discover the local beauties, with its own Venetian motor boat. Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights. For those booking from 5 nights up the boat tour is free.
for arrivals after 20.00 (08.00 PM) a charge of € 50.00 will be applied and after 24.00 (12.00 PM) a charge of € 100.00 to be paid to the owner at check-in in.
