The structure consists of 3 completely autonomous apartments - COBALTO Apartment, ARANCIO Apartment and AVANA Apartment- of 85 square meters, 80 square meters and 100 square meters respectively. All apartments have ultra-fast wifi connection (Tim fiber) free 24 hours a day.
The COBALTO apartment, in particular, has a capacity of 6 beds with two double bedrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed with welded mesh for maximum comfort. Heating and air conditioning system in every room and finishes of particular value. Guests access the interior of the villa with the car through an electric gate operated by remote control supplied.

In the bedrooms there is the possibility of wired connection.
The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, washing machine, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothesline, video intercom. Also outside, guests have a table, chairs and the possibility of using the barbecue.
