Villa with private salt water pool 50 meters from the beautiful white sand beaches of Porto Cesareo.

The interior consists of a large open-plan living room with a kitchen complete with all appliances, fridge with freezer, electric hobs, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine and kettle, and a double sofa bed. In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and a bathroom.

The exterior, shaded by white towels, consists of a dining area with barbecue, conversation area with sofa and armchairs and solarium area with 6 pool beds.
The swimming pool is salt water and equipped with whirlpool and inverter for hot / cold water.
A laundry area and two hot water showers complete the exterior.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden of about 800 square meters. with internal uncovered parking for three cars.

A midweek cleaning with change of towels and, in the case of extended stay, weekly cleaning with change of towels and sheets is included in the rate.
