This apartment was created in a monumental historic building from the end of the 18th century which was once the residence of Cumbo Conte Borgia, secretary of Federico II di Borbone, as well as deputy, mayor and author of the first regulator of Milazzo.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and offers an independent entrance from Via generale Zirilli 42. Recently renovated, it offers finishes of considerable value and design furniture. The property offers a total of n. 3 bedrooms each with private bathroom and luxuriously finished in every detail.
