The apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the side towards Via Franco Norero and on the 1st floor towards Via Duca degli Abruzzi. The apartment has 2 terraces. The smaller one looks at the shared garden and serves the bedroom while the larger one serves the living room and looks towards the gardens of Villa Ormond and Via Franco Norero. The large terrace is suitable for open-air and candlelit lunches and dinners and is equipped with a curtain that can go down to the railing. It is equipped with table and chairs and armchairs for sunbathing in complete relaxation- The living room has an alcantara sofa bed and, if necessary, a single bed. In the corner is the dining table which can seat up to 6 people. Below is the kitchen equipped with everything you need (dishes, kitchen and lunch linens, oven, microwave oven, toaster and coffee machine). After the kitchen you enter the sleeping area divided by the rest of the house by a door. We find the bathroom complete with shower, toilet and washing machine.
