The fully furnished apartment has a living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms, bathroom with shower, balcony and parking space in the internal courtyard. The apartment is on the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available.
In the building there are laundromat and common barbecue area.
A deposit is required at the time of booking and a deposit to be returned at the end of the stay. The prices are inclusive of water and gas consumption. Electricity consumption is measured by a specific meter in the apartment and must be paid at the end of the stay. The cost is € 0,5 per KW. Children under three years of age do not pay. It is possible to stay for short periods.
The tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid on arrival.
The cost of final cleaning is 70 €.
The owners live near the apartment and are available for any suggestions or help. It is about 200 meters from supermarkets, 700 meters from the center and the nearest beaches and 150 meters from the public transport stop.
