Old farmhouse on Monte San Savino hills. Villa Gioiosa is an old stone house which in the past was part of the nearby Benedictine monastery, and used by the monks as a chestnut drying place, of which the surrounding woods are rich. Today the house, even if completely restored, maintains the old Tuscan characteristics, talking about architectural features and rustic furnishing, enriched with local antiques. Only a few km away the village of Monte San Savino, famous for its pottery and beautiful buildings and lanes. Here we find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and all services.

The garden, the pool and the equipped external spaces. In the wide garden, adorned with medicinal plants, flowers and olives, we find a beautiful swimming pool (size mt 5x10, depth mt 1,50 - open from 01st May to 30th September), a barbecue area for outdoor nights and dinners, supplied with gazebo, table and chairs and wood burning oven. In the property that extends through fields and woods it will be pleasant to take long and relaxing walks.

Peasant atmosphere and modern comforts. Villa Gioiosa is equipped, while preserving the genuine rural atmosphere of the past, of the most modern comforts, such as dishwasher, washing machine, Satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, microwave and Wi-Fi access, to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The house is reachable through an unmade road approx. 1 km long, well maintained but not advisable for sport cars.
GROUND FLOOR: entrance through a porch equipped with table and chairs, small living room with sofa and satellite TV. Going down some steps we find the wide living-dining room. From the living room we reach the kitchen with fireplace and the bathroom with shower. With access only from the outside, panoramic covered terrace furnished with table and chairs to eat or relax in the open.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, two double bedrooms.
