Villa Finizia is located in Furore, in the upper part of the town, very close to Agerola at about 1 km, a popular destination for venturing on one of the most beautiful Trekking routes in the world or the Path of the Gods. The property, however, is not far from the beautiful Amalfi, about 10 km away. The property is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, it enjoys a wonderful panorama, when you observe the summer sunset from its terrace it will almost seem to live a surreal atmosphere given its incredible beauty. Just 5 minutes by car or about 15-20 minutes on foot you can have at your disposal bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, butchers, dairy and tobacconist. The property is accessed through about 40 steps and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a reserved parking space available for the structure. The property is furnished with a lot of know-how and is divided as follows, on the 1st floor:
- entrance with windows overlooking the sea;
- large living room furnished with sofa, armchairs and TV;
- American style equipped kitchen, with window and balcony with access to the spacious terrace,
where guests can enjoy their meals in complete relaxation;
- 1 service bathroom.
An elegant marble staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the sleeping area consisting of:
- 1 double bedroom with window overlooking the sea;
- 1 double bedroom with balcony;
- 1 bathroom with shower;
- 1 double bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom with tub;
Finally Villa Finizia has 2 beautiful terraces both panoramic, one equipped with gazebo, table and chairs and the other used as a solarium area with deck chairs. These terraces will be the ideal place to enjoy long relaxing moments. - In case the guests have to come after 20 o'clock have to pay a penalty of euros 30 by cash.
- At the check-in time you will be requesting the identity card or the passport of all guests and the payment of the City Tax. Since 2011, the City Council approved the application of the City Tax for all non-residents. This tax was created to try to improve and offer more services. The cost is of euros 2 per day per person. The tax is due for the whole solar year and is calculated only on the first 7 nights. They are exempt from children under the age of 10 years.
