Beautiful apartment of 90 square meters, situated in an excellent position, in a residential neighborhood, but close to all the tourist attractions and landscapes of Rome. It is only 7 minutes walk from St. Peter's Basilica and 15 minutes walk from the Metro A, while, right in front of the building , we find SAN PIETRO train station, and the bus 64, which crosses the historic center (Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo De 'Fiori, Piazza Venezia, Fori Imperiali) to TERMINI station.

In the neighborhood we find the beautiful Villa Pamphili (one of the countless parks in Rome) and the Gianicolo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city.
With a pleasant walk you can reach the heart of the city: Castel Sant’Angelo, Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Campo De ’Fiori.

The apartment, equipped with free WI-FI Internet connection, is very quiet and can accommodate up to 6 adults plus a child.
Completely renovated in August 2017 in a modern style and recently renovated, it is located on 1st floor and is composed as follows:
a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric and microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, moka,coffee machine, crockery and fridge). In the kitchen there is also a dining table for 6 people.
a large bathroom with large shower cubicle, double sinks, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms:
the medium-sized Pink room
the large Green room
the very large Blue room ideal for adding a cot / crib.
In this bedroom there is a comfortable sofa.

All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels with weekly change, and are equipped with air conditioning / heating and TV.

In the neighborhood there are several restaurants, pizzerias and pubs and within a few meters you can find a supermarket open from 8am to 10pm.
Parking is available in the garage at a good price.

How to reach us:

From Fiumicino Airport: train line FL1 to Trastevere Station, then FL3 dir. Viterbo (one stop) or FL5 dir. Civitavecchia (two stops) to San Pietro Station.
Or take the first train available to the TERMINI station.

From the TERMINI station take the FL5 line train dir. Civitavecchia for 4 stops to the San Pietro station
Or from the TERMINI station take bus n. 64 to terminus.
We can organize transfers from Fiumicino and Ciampino airport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Late check-in requires a €. 25 cash deposit, payable upon arrival.

The Municipality of Rome applies a tourist tax of €.5 per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, payable in cash at check-in. Children under 10 years of age are exempt from this tax.

To get to the apartment you have to climb 10 steps.
