The house is on the ground floor and has a green area. It is furnished and composed of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom and outdoor veranda.
It is a few hundred meters from the sea, where you can get there on foot in no time.

The space in which the house is located is an area in which there are eight houses of the same type, arranged in two rows of four and with a common green area.
We are in the center of the country and to go to the supermarket or to the restaurant, pizzeria, bar just cross the street.
The town square with shops and other services is also a stone's throw away.
The large beach of Torre dei Corsari can be reached on foot in a short time.
