The old squeegee, once the place where the chestnuts were dried, is now a comfortable stone house of 50 square meters.
The house is located in a beautiful landscape, with a breathtaking view of Mount Amiata and offers space for 2-4 people.
On the first floor there is a bedroom under the ancient roof. On the ground floor a large bathroom, a kitchen and a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Behind the house there is a terrace with barbecue, dining table and hammock, all under a pergola covered with wisteria.
In front of the house a small covered terrace to enjoy the sunset.
