Apartment

The condominium in which the apartment is located was renovated during the year 2019. The works ended at the end of July 2019. The apartment, completely renovated in 2016, is located in the center of Sorrento, near the intersection of Via degli Aranci and Corso Italia, the main street of Sorrento. The condominium has pedestrian access, and especially for cars also from Viale Montariello. This area is very well served; a large supermarket is less than 50 meters away, as is the pharmacy, the greengrocer, the butcher, the dry and coin-operated laundry, the internet café. All services are less than 100 meters away.
the train station (Circumvesuviana) is about 250 meters away. The main square, Piazza Tasso, and therefore the port in Marina picciola are one kilometer away.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms; one with a double bed, and another with single beds designed to be joined, when necessary, to form a double bed (king size); two bathrooms, one of which with shower and jacuzzi, and another, for laundry use, only with bathroom and sink. The very spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen has six burners (gas), a conventional oven, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher.
The conditioned air is generated by a single unit with two separate splits, one in the living room, the other at the entrance of the bedrooms.
Internet is provided with WiFi and without browsing limits. The apartment has a safe and pellet stove.
