The house is located in a quiet area just 2 km from the center of Umag, the natural beach just 600 meters.
The restaurant a few steps from the house The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a private entrance, a family house in which the owners live.
Guests have at their disposal a courtyard, three bicycles and one for children, they can relax in the garden, and use the barbecue.
The fenced yard offers additional security for guests, their cars and their pets.
The area preferred by guests who love quiet, uncrowded and natural beaches.
The 50 sqm apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi internet connection, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, terrace with garden furniture at the entrance and private fenced parking.
Near the house there is a gazebo with barbecue and garden furniture, with a view of the countryside. Here you can relax reading a book in the afternoon or spend your evenings in the open air.
Pets are welcome, maximum one per stay.
