The Agriturismo Le Selvole is located on the Marzoli family farm, in the south-west part of Tuscany, near the medieval towns of Micciano and Libbiano, surrounded by hills, vineyards and olive trees. The farmhouse is 25 km from the Etruscan city of Volterra, in the Province of Pisa and has been managed for over 15 years by the Marzoli family. It is an area not very well known in Tuscany, in contact with nature, in absolute tranquility, ideal for splendid walks and excursions. Good location for visiting the main Tuscan cities of art (Volterra 25 km, San Gimignano 55 km, Pisa 90 km, Lucca 110 km, Siena 70 km and Florence 90 km) and also for its proximity to the sea and beaches (Vada 40 km, Cecina 35 km, Bibbona 30 km and San Vincenzo 60 km). A few kilometers away are the geothermal natural manifestations, with fumaroles, putizze, hot springs and steam jets (Larderello 15 km, Monterotondo Marittimo 35 km, Sasso Pisano 27 km). In addition, the Monterufoli-Caselli nature reserve (10 km) and other highly interesting naturalistic areas are also nearby. An ideal place to live the experience of a holiday on a real farm.
The house is a typical farmhouse, consisting of 4 large apartments, with independent entrance and heating. Two are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The apartments all have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a large fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment has its own name (Girasole, Olivo, Uva, Spiga) and its own characteristics. A ground floor apartment is equipped to accommodate people with walking difficulties and the area outside the house is accessible.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful vineyard and fruit trees and by a well-kept garden where there is a large swimming pool (7 x 12 meters), surrounded by greenery.
The large apartments allow relaxation and comfort as at home: fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, private outdoor spaces, with the convenience of free wireless connection. Antique furniture, objects of poor art, stencils on the walls, and decorations entirely made by hand, breathe a particularly warm and familiar atmosphere. In the garden there are also games for children and a barbecue.
