The house is located in a tourist residence of about 20 houses between 200 and 400 meters from Museddu beach in Cardedu.
Newly built (year 2018) and with shared swimming pool (with 10 other houses)
The house develops on one level
Composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, living room with 2 single sofa beds and kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
Outside: porch and small garden.

500 security deposit to guarantee damage which will be returned on departure

The residence in which the villas are located has a strict regulation on noise, parties or noisy activities are not allowed throughout the day, neither in the house nor in the common areas to guarantee a quality holiday for everyone.
