It has a fully equipped kitchen, well-kept garden and a splendid swimming pool.

Due to its location it is ideal for holidays in close contact with nature, but it is also an excellent starting point for cultural, food and wine and spa trips, given its proximity to Città della Pieve, Montepulciano, Monte Uliveto Maggiore monastery, with its frescoes by Sodoma and Signorelli, San Casciano dei Bagni and Bagno Vignoni, with thermal pools. Just an hour from Florence, near Arezzo and Siena. Numerous lakes around.
