This lovely 60 sq.mt apartment, with great attention to detail and equipped with all comforts, is located in the center of Portoscuso, a small coastal village in the Sardinian south - west, an ideal base to visit and discover a little known corner of Sardinia. The apartment is newly built and is located in a detached villa on the seafront, not far from the beautiful beaches of the country, easily reached by a short walk of about ten minutes.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and is accessible via a short staircase. The house consists of a spacious and bright living room with kitchenette, a modern and functional bathroom, a cozy double bedroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, table and chairs. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and LED TV. All rooms overlook a charming garden with table and chairs and barbecue for common use.

A short distance from the villa are: kiosk, pharmacy, bakery, pastry bar and supermarket.

The house is particularly suitable for couples and families with young children. Guests are provided, upon request, cot, high chair and anything else necessary for the stay of children.

Thanks to its particular position, Portoscuso is an excellent starting point for interesting excursions by car, to discover the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia and the places of historical and cultural interest in the hinterland.
