Pets are allowed (maximum one small size on request the supplement € 10 per day to be paid on arrival in cash).
The accommodation is very close to the supermarket 100 m, 200 m from the Umag promenade and the sea, while the distance from the beach 900 m, 450 m from the gas station, 10 m from the restaurant and 900 m from the center of Umag. It is located in a privileged position, within a few minutes walking distance to the beach and the city center.

It is located in an area that has been in great demand by tourists since the days of the Romans. The beach is 900 m but easily reachable on foot or by the tourist train (stop 150 m from the house).
