The 45 sqm apartment on the first floor, for 2 + 2 people is located in Valica a small town just 7 km from the center of Umag, and two kilometers from the most beautiful beach in the surroundings of Kanegra.
Furnished with care, it has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two people, flat screen satellite TV, dining room, kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. on the private terrace overlooking the countryside. Free internet access, free parking near the house, the enclosed garden with barbecue, deck chairs. The apartment is equipped with everything needed to spend a holiday in full comfort, away from the chaos of the city in a very quiet place overlooking the countryside. In the house we still rent two holiday apartments.
All guests have the opportunity to use the barbecue, deck chairs and parking.
The area is quiet, with a lot of greenery around, the closest beach is that of the tourist village Kanegra and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag Riviera. The beach with gravel and pebbles, with pine trees around it to shelter from the sun in the hottest hours of the day. The sea in this area is crystal clear. In Umag 7 km or in Savudrija 6 km there are many services such as bank, post office, ATM, bars, restaurants. The Vera restaurant is within walking distance.
