Private vacation home

The house is located in a very quiet and quiet residential area. Within a short walk you can reach the center of Morgex, the supermarket, and the many restaurants. A 10-minute drive takes you to the ski slopes of Courmayeur and La Thuile. During the summer you can reach all the locations of the Valdigne below MonteBianco.

The space consists of two bedrooms (double bed and single bed), a living room with a double sofa bed for a total of 5 beds. Kitchen equipped with hob, fridge and pantry, living room with table for 6 people. Two bathrooms, one with shower and bidet and a second bathroom. Outside there is a large balcony in the Aosta Valley from a private garden; the structure is south facing with views over the valley and the Grivola Mountain (3969 mt.)

The building is next to the Montblanc Cave, famous for its excellent Blanc de Morgex wines. The "Pizza Out" Pizzeria, overlooking the La Rouine playground, is a 2-minute walk away, a 5-minute walk from the Familian Supermarket and 8 minutes from the center of Morgex. In the area you can make several more or less demanding walks including Lake Arpy and Lake Liconi,

At 10 Km the village of Courmayeur is the starting point for summer and winter hiking and the SkyWay cable car leading to MonteBianco.
