The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Castiglione di Garfagnana (Lucca), in a prestigious period building, completely renovated and newly furnished. It consists of a living room with fireplace and open kitchen with a comfortable table for four people, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double and a large attic for laundry / storage use. It is infact equipped with a washing machine and clothesline.
The kitchen has, in addition to the fridge / freezer, a stove with safety valve, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, kitchen scale, juicer and everything needed for cooking.
From the rooms you can enjoy a suggestive view of the main street of the town and the Rocca.
It features a flat screen TV and DVD player with a small film library.

The living room floor is in Tuscan terracotta, in the bedrooms the flooring is made of wooden planks. The shutters of the windows are in old wood.

An hour's drive can reach the cities of art such as Lucca and Pisa, Montecatini Terme but also the sea of Versilia and Forte dei Marmi. Excellent for walks and excursions in the countryside. On foot you can easily reach the Esarulo stream.
To visit the natural park of Orecchiella and botanical garden. Near the village there is a paid swimming pool, tennis courts, riding stables. Beautiful Canyon Park in Bagni di Lucca and the Tibetan suspension bridge in Vagli di Sotto, suspension bridge in San Marcello Pistoiese, Grotte del Vento.
