The 70sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a family house in front of a beautiful pine forest; the kitchen-living room and the 3 bedrooms directly overlook the balcony which runs the entire length of the apartment. The balcony allows you to eat outside, read and sunbathe. The kitchen is complete with dishes and utensils and a dishwasher.
