The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday: a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and fresh linens, a cozy living room with a sofa bed (suitable for two children or one adult), satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, kettle, coffee machine, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower, sink with a mirror, a hairdryer, and two towels per person.

Outside, there is a spacious 900 m² shared garden with Mediterranean plants, barbecue, and dining area — perfect for relaxing or dining under the stars. Free private parking is available right in front of the house.
