The heated infinity swimming pool 6x12 with depth varying from 1 to 2 meters, 90 cubic meters of crystal water disinfected with sea salt, is surrounded by the ever green lawn, a large solarium equipped with sunbeds, will allow you to tan and relax under the warm sunrays protected by the big trees and the walls that embrace the entire property and maintain your privacy.
The ground floor villa regularly authorized by the competent authorities as a holiday home for 7 guests, with independent entrance, with three bright bedrooms overlooking the pool and garden, equipped with large soundproofed openings, an equipped kitchen all the necessary appliances, a large living-dining area with pool view, two bathrooms with sink, shower, bidet.
A terrace paved with local white limestone, with furniture and deckchairs, embraces the entire holiday home. The upper floor with independent access is inhabited by me with my husband, who we will have the pleasure of welcoming you. and to give you useful tips and tricks to spend a pleasant holiday.
A well-kept Mediterranean garden with flowers, equipped with furniture, extends over 2000 square meters around the house, where you can relax pampered by the sea breeze.
An extensive parking with automated entrance, inside the property, will allow you to park only one vehicle.
The beach, over 70 meters wide and extended for kilometers, of fine golden sand, can be reached on foot by walking for only 100 meters. The seabed, with clear and clean waters, slopes gently and will allow you to walk tens of meters inside the water.
In the apartment you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay and away from the daily routine: beach sets, children's beach games, pool mats, board games, high-speed wi-fi, satellite TV with free channels for news, cinema , sport, etc .. in various languages; espresso machine with pods, drinks and various foods, there will be local products from my garden such as organic extra virgin olive oil and organic citrus.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels will be provided upon your arrival and you can also find large towels for swimming pool use only.
