All the guests of the residence have free access to the swimming pool, to the deckchairs, umbrellas, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue and bicycles.

From 01. 07. to 01. 09. bookable only from Saturday to Saturday weekly stays (one or more weeks).

* On arrival you have to pay in cash the registration € 7 per person only on the first day.
* the tourist tax €1.60 per adult per night to be paid upon arrival in cash
* Final cleaning fee €50 payable on arrival to the owner in cash.
* Guests are asked to use the appliances with care.
* Any damage caused will be charged on the spot.
