It is located in a privileged area, close to the tennis courts, where the renowned tennis tournament ATP Umag has been held for years. The beach and the various seaside resorts are within easy walking distance in a few minutes. Great location, quiet and close to every kind of entertainment. Available bicycles, swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, Wi Fi, shared barbecue, parking.
From 01. 07. to 01. 09. bookable only from Saturday to Saturday weekly stays (one or more weeks).


* On arrival you have to pay in cash the registration € 7 per person only on the first day.
*The additional tourist tax is €1.60 per person per night and must be paid in cash to the owner upon arrival
* Final cleaning fee €50 payable on arrival to the owner in cash.
* Deposit is paid on site € 200, and returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
* Guests are asked to use the appliances with care.
* Any damage caused will be charged on the spot.
