La Casina di Teo is a small converted barn, 75 sq. m. and completely independent, holding up to 4 persons with a double bedroom, a double sofa bed and two bathrooms. The house has a large private garden, completely enclosed and furnished, with private swimming pool, barbecue and covered parking. Ideal for couples or families with small children.

External area and Swimming Pool
The house boasts a spacious 300 sq. m. garden, completely fenced, where you will find the private swimming pool which measures 4.5 x 7 metres with a depth from 0.9 to 2 metres, surrounded by a paved area with sunbeds and a shower with cold water. Guests can also use a shaded area with tables, chairs and a stonework barbecue for outdoor meals. Covered parking for 2 cars is on the property.Interior
The house is the restoration of an old Tuscan barn in stone and brick, whilst maintaining the characteristic wood-beamed ceilings and cotto flooring, and is completely furnished in harmony with the original structure. The interior is all on one floor, with just 2 long stairs creating a division between the dining and living areas. The entrance leads to the living room with large double sofa bed (170x190 cm), large fireplace, dining area with satellite TV and a cooking area, fully equipped and illuminated by a skylight in the ceiling. Rounding up the house are a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

Location
Casina di Teo is near to Monteriggioni, an enchanted town famous for its castle, not far from famous Tuscan towns, the Chianti area and the Via Francigena.

The house has Wi-Fi, central heating, baby bed, high chair, mosquito screens at the doors and windows, and a hairdryer.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen along with swimming towels (all changed weekly), electricity, water, gas, internet, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are dinners, cookery courses, hired help and babysitter.
