The building of 160 square meters on a single floor divided into several areas has all the characteristics of rural houses (stazzi), surrounded by a large enclosed garden, fully equipped with every comfort. The large veranda to the west, convenient for dinners at sunset, introduces the entrance to the living area completely and view: large kitchen in masonry-dining area, living room with fireplace, study with fireplace and sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and one single with two bathrooms, one in the room and a hallway / ironing room. We accept 5 people, pets and smokers. In the basement there is a cellar with boiler room and laundry room. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and super-equipped, the furniture diffuses a sober and joyful warmth. At about 600 meters, in the village La Liccia, our guests can take advantage of a 7mtx15 swimming pool with lifeguard shared with the guests of the village and of Villa La Liccia respecting the surveillance hours. The custody and care of the property and our guests for any need are guaranteed by the hostess at times to be agreed upon. At guests' disposal: sheets and towels, detergents and basic toilet. At your arrival you will find a small initial courtesy fee. It is possible to request an optional housekeeper.
