The interiors consist of a living room with fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds plus a single bed, two bathrooms with shower.
The exterior consists of a furnished loggia, a garden with a green lawn and a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters), a barbecue, an outdoor shower (with hot water up to 4 people), a garden with terraces and private parking. The house is equipped with various services such as TV with satellite decoder, washing machine, dishwasher, electric fan oven, microwave, complete equipment for cooking, air conditioning in the bedrooms, wi-fi, water supply.
Necessary goods are provided such as salt, sugar and toilet paper.
The barbecue is equipped with a grill and other accessories, and wood for cooking is included.
The house is about 1 km from the nearest beach. It is advisable to use a car to move around the village as the house is located at a height of about 110m. L.M.
