A few minutes from the center of Porto Cesareo, the village Punta Grossa is located in one of the most beautiful natural areas of the Ionian coast of Salento.
The village overlooks the sea mirror of the Marine Park of Porto Cesareo, in the immediate vicinity of the Bosco dell'Arneo and the protected areas of the Palude del Conte and Coastal Dunes and the Castiglione Park with its Spunnulate characteristics.
The village, open all year round, is entirely wired in fiber optics, is equipped with a centralized TV system and is guarded 24 hours a day with private security service. Throughout the Village, there is also the WiFi Zone available free of charge for guests staying in the structure and who can connect to the Internet using their own device.
The availability of services can vary according to seasonality and employment.
During the summer the animation service is also active throughout the day, for every age and every need.

The four-room apartment type B is located in Section B of the village and can accommodate in Residence Formula from 2 to 6 people.
It is in fact composed of a living room with a sofa, a color TV and a private telephone, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, 4 hotplates and an electric or microwave oven; a double bedroom and two bedrooms with double sofa bed or bunk bed; or it is composed of a kitchenette, a living room with a double or double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds or a bunk bed.

All apartments have independent air conditioning and a reserved parking space.
