Villa Valentino is the ideal place for those who love comforts and are looking for a home where they can find peace, relaxation and fun. The villa and all the furnishings are totally new. The highlights are the large garden with lawn (500 sq m) and the 10x4 m electrolysis pool with diving board and gaiser to create whirlpool effect.
Modern and elegant garden furniture (deck chairs, table and chairs), comfortable outdoor bathroom with hot water shower, outdoor kitchen with bar corner and functional barbecue for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners, large covered veranda with 42'' TV, Playstation 4, children's games (slide, basketball hoop, etc.), table soccer and ping pong table for fun summer games! In the garden children's play area with slide. Inside, the villa is on two levels. On the ground floor are the living room with double sofa bed, 42'' TV, Hi-Fi system and printer, the brand new equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, 4 burner stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, 1 water dispenser, dishwasher), a double bedroom with safe and a triple bedroom (two single beds can be joined into a double bed), a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower, access to the large terrace with exposed wooden beams of about 150 sq. m. furnished with parasol and chaise longue.
All rooms have air conditioning and access to free unlimited wifi.
The villa has a laundry room and a parking area for 2 cars.

Tourist tax due at check in: €1.50 per person per day
Monthly rate from December to March. For monthly stay consumption has to be paid a forfait €500 per month.

Terrasini is a very lively town that organises shows, events and festivals every year in summer to entertain tourists. It is a locality renowned for its splendid, very clean sea, mainly with access from the rocks. Beach lovers can reach the famous 'Magaggiari' that is very popular with sea lovers. In Terrasini there are shops such as pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, etc. The beautiful beach of 'Cala Rossa' is only a 10-minute drive away.
For an authentically Sicilian gastronomic experience, you can try the cheese farm located close to the house (near the motorway junction): you can taste cheeses and Sicilian cannoli prepared on the spot, a real treat!
The sea on the northern coast of Sicily is renowned for its transparency and great underwater flora and fauna, ideal for snorkelling and diving, swimming, canoeing, and water sports.
