Immersed in the green hills of Umbria, 700 meters above sea level, in an ideal setting for excursions in the surrounding area (Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Siena, ...) and walks in the woods, the house for exclusive use completely at guests' disposal, it is located right in front of the enchanting ancient village of Preggio, known for its history and for its numerous cultural and gastronomic events (Preggio music festival, Preggio in time, The chestnut festival).
The house, independent but not isolated, has a large equipped garden (1000 sqm), shaded and completely fenced, where you can spend moments of pleasant relaxation in contact with nature. Inside, renovated with care and with quality materials, there is a bright living room with a characteristic wooden loft, the stove, the fireplace, the open kitchen, the dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, which is accessed via a narrow and a bit steep staircase, the laundry and a recreation room with a large fireplace complete the house.
