The villa consists of two floors.

One bedroom with two single beds with wardrobe and bedside tables
A bathroom with a hairdryer.
A large dining room with TV, kitchen with fridge, freezer
A locker with a battery, washer and dryer.

Upstairs (accessed by an internal staircase) is:
One bedroom with double bed with dresser and bedside tables
A room with a couch that can possibly be used as a bed, with a wardrobe.
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer
A closet / closet
A small closet with closet
the house has a beautiful and large veranda overlooking the sea
the beach is opposite the villa, and it is free or adjacent
Included in the apartment:

Guest access

In the villa you access sideways from via esperia n 1 to marina di ragusa, or from the villa frontally. In any case the entrance is single and autonomous
