Apartment

The villa consists of two independent apartments. Access to property and parking are shared.

The accommodation on the mezzanine floor is large
A porch of about 35mq with tables and chairs, deck chairs and small barbecue available to guests. Inside there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large double bedroom, a small twin bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower.

The apartment with TERRACE consists of two double bedrooms, private bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with double sofa bed and access to a 35mq terrace with beautiful views of the Gulf of Castellammare. On the back of the house you will find a small covered area with barbecue.

Both accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, bed linens and towels provided by the number of guests.

The location of the villa is in a quiet area but close to the country and the main services. The first beach (Magaggiari) is a 8/10 minute drive away. That's why we recommend our guests to have a means to be able to move independently or alternatively we can provide you with the necessary contacts to arrange any transfer you need.
