Casa Sunset is a little corner of paradise that captures the timeless charm of the Amalfi Coast. Here, the beauty of traditional arches and intricately decorated ceramic tiles blends seamlessly with a simple, airy atmosphere. Its minimalist yet elegant style offers breathtaking panoramic views, with a privileged perspective over the sea, Positano, and Capri. Every corner of the house has been designed to make the most of the unforgettable sunsets, which can be admired from its two terraces that seem to float between the sky and the sea.



To reach Casa Sunset, you’ll walk about 400 meters along a picturesque path, alternating steps and winding trails—a quintessential feature of Praiano that adds to the charm of the experience. The house is not accessible by car, but this makes the stay even more special, immersing you in the serene beauty of the village and its stunning vistas.



The house is laid out on a single floor and includes:



• Entrance through a panoramic patio, equipped with a barbecue and outdoor dining table, set beneath a canopy of bougainvillea

• Water front panoramic terrace, with Seafront panoramic terrace with sun loungers, garden seating area, and an outdoor shower

• Living room with dining area, sofa bed (sofa size 160x190) and a dining table for six people

• Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher

• 2 double bedrooms (160x190) with access to the panoramic terrace

• 2 bathrooms with showers, one with access from the master bedroom



Casa Sunset is located just above the famous San Gennaro Church, along the path leading to the Sentiero degli Dei. The quickest way to reach the house is from the upper part of Praiano, where a 400-meter trail with around 70 steps will bring you to the entrance. Alternatively, you can reach the center of Praiano via a staircase of about 200 steps. A private parking space is available about 650 meters from the property for a fee. Alternatively, you can park in public spaces about 200 meters away. A porter service can be arranged upon arrival for a fee.



NOTE: During the high season, parking may be especially difficult to find. We recommend booking the parking space in advance to ensure availability.

• One Fire Beach Club (about 20 minutes on foot)

• Bars and restaurants (about 5 minutes on foot)

• A small grocery store (about 5 minutes on foot)

• Local bus stop (about 5 minutes on foot)

• SITA bus stop (about 5 minutes on foot)



NOTE: All of these locations are accessible only by descending stairs, a characteristic feature of Praiano, where many services are located lower down in the village.
