Apartment in a semi-detached villa on the first floor on a hill 700 meters from the sea with a veranda of 25 square meters and overlooking the beach, ideal for 2-3 families or large groups can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people.
4 double rooms (2 very large and 2 smaller) accommodate 8 people, plus a bunk bed (2 places) and a sofa bed in the living room, large living room (with sofa bed) and kitchen with sea view. Recently furnished it has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and one with bathtub and shower). It is easy to reach as it is 5 kilometers from the Alcamo Est motorway junction. Surrounded by greenery you can enjoy so much tranquility. I live in the ground floor property and are available during the stay.
5 km from Castellammare del golfo, and a 20-minute drive from Segesta, Scopello and the Zingaro nature reserve. Located halfway between Trapani and Palermo and half an hour's drive from the two Birgi and Punta Raisi (Falcone Borsellino) airports; one hour by car you can reach: Palermo, Trapani, Marsala, Monreale, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Selinunte, Menfi, Sciacca. Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples can be reached within an hour and a half by car.
