The "Giardino sul Mare" apartment is a three-room apartment located in an elegant building recently built in front of the beach, which can be reached simply by crossing the road (20 mt) without the need for a car or other means. The stretch of sea and free beach located in front of the apartment are among the most beautiful of the sanbenedettese Riviera and on the ancient promenade there are numerous chalets where you can have lunch and dine with the excellent fresh fish of the Adriatic with the faculty of Choose simple and familiar locations or elegant and sophisticated locations.
The building where the apartment is located, already equipped with a large private enclosed space and equipped with an automatic gate, is located next to a large public garden where there are also fitness equipment and benches for reading and resting all 'shadow.
The apartment is also very close to the center of the beautiful town of San Benedetto del Tronto, full of shops of all kinds, restaurants, bars, pubs and ice-cream parlors, all within walking distance or by bicycle (the long bicycle trail joining the seafront of Grottampare to that of San Benedetto del Tronto to the south and Cupramarittima north passes just 20 meters from the building where the apartment is located). The apartment consists of living room-kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom, is on the ground floor and also has a private garden of 135 sqm. Partly paved and equipped with table, chairs and a large umbrella that allows you to enjoy, if you like, all outdoor meals in a pleasant floral setting that also guarantees privacy.
The apartment is air conditioned and is fully furnished and also equipped with kitchen utensils, also has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven and television. Linen is not provided. The furniture is elegant and recently purchased and is designed to allow the guest to feel at home and to enjoy all the comforts he needs. A garage in the basement is provided upon request.
Housekeeping is provided at the entrance and exit of the guest and the cost is charged by the owner for the first and the guest for the second for whom a flat rate of € 50.00 is provided.
