The apartment is located about 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes from the Venice Biennale and 5 minutes from the Naval Museum of Venice. Just 2 minutes you can admire the romantic and fascinating Riva degli schiavoni, a walk with a wonderful view especially in the evening, from the gardens to San Marco, the real attraction of the city. Excellent neighborhood as not too crowded but really authentic, original and very characteristic.

the apartment is equipped with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioner. access to the apartment is completely automatic, it is done by depositing the key in an external numerical combination box. Once opened, the key can be removed. this mechanism allows you to arrive and leave the apartment in complete autonomy.
