The flat (58 square meters), is the ground floor in a palace bilt 1300 as you can see in the map of medivial florence and has a covered terrace (12 square meters).

Amenities: Bed room with two single beds that can become one double bed (queen sized); living room with a sofa-bed, electric cooker with 2 plates, Big Fridge and friser, Dish Washing, Microwaves, Bath with shower; Independent heating, air conditioning, Table and chairs (4 person); Washing machine, Iron and board, TV, desk, covered terrace, Wi-fi Internet. Small PETS allowed for an extra charge. Free use of bicycle if available.
