Small apartment in San Felice Circeo with a spectacular view on the gulf. The kitchen is in the lower part of the building, the kitchen is in the lower floor and the bathroom is in the second floor. Perfect for those who want to experience the village and enjoy the sea.
The space: the apartment is located in the center of the town.
The car does not have a private car, but only in July and it is 10 meters. far away.
Guest access: It's a very small apt. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator.
Interaction with guests: I do not live in San Felice but I'm a friend of mine.
Please notice that the town is in the XIII cent. in the historical small town.
In July and August the "movida" is in the old town, because of the nice restaurants and bars! This means that it could be difficult to find car parking in the rush. In the rest of the year the town is absolutely quite.

Charming little apartment located in a medieval building in the heart of the historic center with spectacular views of the gulf. Restored in respect of the original architecture, it is divided into two levels: a living area with kitchenette and bathroom, and a sleeping area on a comfortable mezzanine reached by a staircase. Comfortably furnished, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
A few minutes walk to the sea is served by a shuttle to the beaches and the harbor.
The apartment does not have a private car park but you can use a large public parking, pay only in July and August, which is about 10 meters.
Guest access: it is a very small, comfortable and totally available apartment for guests. It is located on the second floor of an ancient building without a lift and, inside, there is a staircase to reach the sleeping area.
Interaction with guests: I do not live in San Felice but a trusted person is on site to support guests.
San Felice Circeo is a beautiful seaside resort and is also a very old village. The apartment is located in the oldest building in the city, the Monastery of the Templars which, together with the tower in front, are the first nucleus of the town. In an elevated position, and just a few minutes walk from the sea, it offers a spectacular view of the gulf.
The apartment is available to guests who can also take advantage of a common area, in front of the door of the house, where there is a table with chairs. The apartment is located in the heart of the village and is surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars: in the summer months it is there that people gather to spend the evening. In the months of July and August the apartment is ideal if you want to better enjoy the "movida" of the town, with the possible inconveniences related to it as the difficulty of finding parking during peak hours and the possibility of noise during the hours evening. In all other months of the year, however, it is really very quiet.
