Welcome to our guest farmhouse CASALE STRETTOIESE. A nice place to enjoy your holiday. Located in the green hills of Versilia, only 7 kilometers from the sea, a few Kilometres from the Apuan Alps.

This characteristic stone farmhouse is an historical building belonging to 19th century completely renovated and refurnished in typical, comfortable tuscan style in 2014.
The house consists of 2 semi-detached houses fully self contained and completely independent Ortensia and Biancospino. Each one of them has its private garden and its own entrance on opposit sides of the building. The elegant style and attention to detail, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

It is Located on the hillside overlooking the sea of Forte dei Marmi (only 6 km from the house) and surrounded by hills covered by centennial olive trees and vineyards .It offers a quiet relaxing atmosphere and it is a very romantic location .
Immersed in the nature and in the quiet, you can get to the house walking up few easy stairs of an ancient typical stairway.
The access to the house is only via ancient easy stairway 43m (1 minute). It is an easy ancient mule track. These steps leads you to a romantic paradise. The holiday house has a lift to bring luggages to the house.

Perfect base for a holiday , far from busy crowds and yet with easy access to all main Tuscan attractions and resorts.

BIANCOSPINO ACCOMODATION : The house is laid out over one floor.
It has a large Tuscan kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV ( 42" flat screen ), Wi-Fi internet ,1 double bedroom , 1 large bathroom . The whole accomodation BIANCOSPINO has been completely renewed in 2015 .It has terracotta floors and has been furnished with country antiques which enhance the romantic atmosphere. The kitcken is fully equipped with all modern facilities. The dining room opens onto the lovely terrace surrounded by the greenery and equipped with a covered patio, table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue.
OUTSIDE: private garden shaded by olive and fruit trees, it is bordered by a stream and it's equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and deck-chairs and a covered patio.The nice covered patio, equipped with table and chairs, is lovely for eating out , relaxing, or sitting with a glass of wine. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view which extends from the hills to the sea.

-Farmhouse Biancospino is located in Strettoia, a delightful hamlet .The house is located near the heart of the village ( 500mt) you can walk to get bread or newspaper. The village shops: Pizzerias, Restaurants, Bar, Grocers, Greengrocers, Tobacconist's, Paper shop, Pharmacia, Hairdresser.
