In front of the house there is both a free beach and the possibility of using the services of two beaches that are located in the immediate vicinity: bar, rental of umbrellas and sunbed, fitness area, beach tennis and beach volleyball courts. There is also a restaurant and a pizzeria within walking distance of the house.
The house, which is located on the ground floor, has been recently renovated, is furnished in a modern style and equipped with all comforts.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, one double with a single bed and an ensuite bathroom and the other with two single beds, a large living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher.
It has two terraces shared with the adjacent apartment, one in front, with a relaxation area, and one on the back with shower and barbecue area with the possibility of having lunch / dinner outdoors.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, free wi-fi, television with USB port, Wii console, washing machine, ironing board, iron, microwave, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, parking space inside, linen and towels included.
The apartment is located in an area from which you can easily reach the most important archaeological, tourist and natutalistic sites of western Sicily: Segesta, Selinunte, palermo, trapani, Erice, Agrigento, Scala dei Turchi, San Vito Lo Capo, Monreale, etc.
