They consist of two double bedrooms, living room with sofa and single sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, all finely furnished
Maximum number of occupants per apartment 5 people

The price includes: water, electricity, gas, heating, linen (towels, sheets and blankets), wi fi connection

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

When booking, a deposit of 25% is required on the amount due, which varies according to the duration of the lease
Cancellation: at least 3 days before, with restitution of the deposit (less 15 euros for expenses);
