Beautiful and private two bedroom apartment with garden and jacuzzi in the heart of the historical city center, in the district of Santa Croce, few steps away from the main attractions such as the Duomo, the Accademia and the Uffizi Gallery, short walk distance to supermarket and farmers market.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor - so no worries carrying luggage on the steps. Once you get inside, passed the corridor, you'll be stepping in the open spaced living room with the cooking area, and you'll immediately notice the fully equipped kitchen with a big two door fridge, dishwasher, wide dining table, and the professional gas stove. Right next to the dining table there is a big and comfortable sofa where you can watch TV; From the kitchen you exit the window door which leads you to heaven: beautiful and quiet garden with a hot tub Jacuzzi and a place to sit down and relax after a day of sightseeing and why not, maybe enjoy it with a nice bottle of Chianti; ) The first bedroom was part of the living area, and the previous owner divided it by a glass wall in order to get light from the garden door, so notice that if you have noisy people sharing the house with you, you'll be hearing them. The beds in the bedroom are a queen size bed. Completes the apartment a very nice and spacious bathroom with a big shower - we provide soap, shower gel, towels and of course a hair dryer for the ladies, so no need to pack all this stuff with you. Oh, I forget to tell you about the laundry: there is a washer and a dryer as well so no worries about doing laundry or just refreshing your traveling clothing - we'll provide detergent as well.
